DMUM’s cultural events are where language steps off the page and into the real world. Our French cultural events help children and families stay connected to the French language and Francophone identity while living abroad.
From interactive workshops to seasonal celebrations, every event reinforces oral fluency, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Events are open to all DMUM members.
Throughout the school year, our events give children new ways to use French beyond the classroom. Through movement, storytelling, creativity, and hands-on discovery, students apply what they’ve learned in real-world situations. Each event is designed to be age-appropriate, engaging, and rooted in purposeful learning.

Diver’Cité is DMUM’s 2025–2026 cultural project — a year-long initiative exploring identity, diversity, and language through storytelling, media, and creative expression. Designed for students of all ages, the project invites them to share their voices and connect through Francophone culture. Many of this year’s events are part of Diver’Cité. Look for the ★ symbol to find them.
